I highly recommend this book to anybody who has ever considered becoming a leader, and especially someone who has a background in business or management. This book gives a clear picture of exactly how critical leadership is, and how to develop leadership skills. Russell Brunson is a leader who achieved enormous success as both an executive and a coach.
